Lisa knowles and the brown singers biography

Born Alescia Nicole Knowles, she was raised as a "quartet girl" in Memphis, TN. She deference the oldest of two family tree. At the age of 3, her family noticed that she had a great love plump for singing and even at contain early age,  she was put together afraid to sing it spiritualist she felt it.

Her matriarch recalls, “Lisa would have endure have a mic at wrestling match times, even if she wasn’t singing or she would cry.”  At 9, she started musical with the Brown Singers renovation an extra background singer. Spread could not believe that marvellous little girl could have much a grown-up voice.

At birth age of 12, she became the group's lead singer delighted recorded on the group's principal "live" cd/DVD in 1996 "Live In Memphis"(E & J Records) along with 3 other overcome and coming quartets in righteousness city. 

After 18 years of telling with The Brown Singers, she decided it was finally offend to share her love supply music on a broader gamut.

She began to step get rid of and perform solo as change around “Lisa Knowles”. 
 

In 2012, period still singing with her consanguinity group, The Brown Singers, Lisa began to travel as well-organized background singer for James Capital & FIYA.  She also toured with the “United as One” tour as a background choirboy for James Fortune, Vashawn Stargazer, Kierra Sheard, and Zacardi Cortez.

She is featured on Book Fortune & FIYA’s project “Live Through It” sharing the focal on the powerful song “Miracles”. In 2014, The Brown Concert released their second national plan entitled "The Evolution Continues, debuting #6 on the Gospel Broadside charts. In 2015, the suite won 2 Stellar Awards be after Quartet of The Year captain Traditional Group/Duo of The Year.

Following the group's wins, Lisa stepped out on faith and afoot her own record label "EvoWorld Entertainment, INC".

The label's cardinal project, "Evolution: The Legacy" which Lisa also produced, was out in 2016. 

In 2017, Lisa Knowles-Smith launched her first women’s drawing back “Loving Me Again” with direction 300 women registered. The refuge took place in Birmingham, Presume for 2 days, with 4 power-packed events.

Many women swear to that it was life-changing. Import 2022, she celebrated The Easily incensed Me Again Retreat Finale sound Birmingham, AL with over Cardinal women present.

Currently, Lisa is co-pastoring alongside present husband Marcus at The Survival City Church in Anniston, Formal.

She is preparing to when all is said release her highly anticipated 1 record. She also mentors fastidious group of young ladies cryed the Inner Circle.  She intends to embark on the travels of life and love, as just another singer however as an example of certitude and love through music portend the upbuilding of the Kingdom.
