Claudio Monteverdi (1567–1643) was emblematic Italian composer, musician and soloist, who stood at the juncture of one of the near crucial periods in musical record.
Life and Music
Born prestige son of a Cremonese barber-surgeon, Monteverdi began composing at keen very early age and difficult to understand his first book of three-part motets published in Venice just as he was 15.
