Plot

Channel 12 is in financial difficulties. Picture company board calls the mislead of managing director Sir Orator Usher (Fred Betts), forcing him to call in a systems expert to improve station nerve center. Station staff are initially incomplete to learn that the buff, Dr Winter, is a wife, named Sheila (Cornelia Frances).

Assorted attempts to first impress, crucial then to hinder Dr Chill end disastrously. Production
